What earth crops could be grown on a high gravity (1.5-3g) planet?
@JohnO as someone who worked as an apple-thinner as a teenager, it's certainly a standard enough commercial practice for certain cultivars. My greater concern would be that some fruits are bred to be so large (and they get even bigger when thinned), the stem wouldn't hold the weight of the fruit especially at 3 g, maybe there'd be some adaption but these cultivars have pretty much been selected for the fasted growing and largest fruit, very much pushing the limits. So the fruit would probably just fall off as it grows. Though fruit slings are a thing for those dedicated to oversize fruit.

Is there a technology capable of disabling the whole of Earth's satellitle network?
This should probably go without saying, but the distances and relative velocities are so high that the odds of hitting a satellite with an unguided projectile are almost exactly 0%, there can be relative velocities between different orbits in excess of 10 km/s (i.e. between equatorial and polar orbit), try hitting something passing by a few hundred km away at mach 30. Usually we don't even have enough certainty of the exact location of a satellite to be able to reliably hit it even with absolutely perfect accuracy and timing, knowing where it is to within say 10 m is not good enough.

Best places to be on Earth when an all out nuclear World War III breaks out?
New Zealand will be fine even if Australia gets nuked. Actually, Australia is so huge that most of Australia will be fine even if the major cities get nuked. Anyway, the reason New Zealand will be fine is that the fallout from Aus will be super dilute and pretty much below background radiation levels by the time it reaches NZ, and even then most the fallout will rain out over the west coast / southern alps or just keep going: NZ is an extremely windy place. Even if any major city in NZ takes a nuke the prevailing winds will blow the fallout out to sea.

How to limit the proportion of a Force sensitive population?
This is like the Chinese Crested dog breed and the hairless gene, the hairless gene is dominant but an embryo with 2 hairless genes is non-viable, so it's not possible to have "pure" hairless dog, as such a mating of two hairless dogs can always produce some hairy offspring.

What distinction could there be between space torpedoes and space missiles?
This is the distinction in the "Freelancer" game, missiles have solid homing capabilities but don't pack much of a punch. Torpedos have only a tiny amount of homing ability making them difficult to use against mobile targets but deal far more damage.

How can someone be invulnerable to any damage down to cellular levels while still having a limited lifespan?
What's the limit on immunity? What about bullets? Getting decapitated by a train? Thermonuclear hellfire?
