Rust and python enthusiast. I am a bioinformatics scientist, working on the fundamental biology of reproduction. I am interested in data mining, machine learning, and coding in general. I studied for some year multiple myeloma using single-cell technology. I made a PhD on environmental microbiology using networks to study metagenomes.
