I am not asking in every aspect that's presented in the comics, showing the Hulk resisting matter manipulation and surviving the weight of a star and destroying an entire dimension. Just some of Hulk's basics that makes him incredible such as being able to lift 100 tons, run at Mach 7 speed while possessing greater agility, leaping as a means to travel great distances, regenerating very quickly and effectively, and finally able to withstand great physical forces like bullets, missiles, bombs, and nukes.

Is it possible within genetic engineering that this Hulk like creature could exist?
