You can use them against the enemy if you leave them intact, but the cost is high in manpower because you need to be way more precise to neutralize defenders without damaging fortifications. If you don't need the fortifications, by all means, reduce it to rubble. Just depends on the strategy | |

The purpose of war/bombing/invasion is to get a group of people to do what you want or stop doing what you don't want. Annihilation is almost never the goal. Getting boots on the ground to hit and selectively destroy and kill stuff is more effective as you can wreak havoc and leave use-able infrastructure. Use the right tool for the job. | |
