Additionally the pills could just be handed out by dispensaries in set numbers per person. No medical training needed at all (you could even use vending machines!) | |

They must either be part of the conspiracy, or they will figure it out themselves sooner or later. From millions of medics it's hard to imagine there will be no detractors who betray the secret. | |

Perhaps releasing it into slum areas that they want an excuse to be able to bulldoze to build big, fancy houses for the friends and relatives of the political elite? | |
