Apr 12, 2017 at 1:48 comment added user2051 (Almost) all explosive materials that I've heard of are organic compounds... typically some mix of hydrogen, carbon, oxygen, and nitrogen... although the industrial process to produce these compounds would be hard to replicate without metal, it might be possible with ceramics and/or glass...
