May 11, 2017 at 18:14 comment added Draco18s no longer trusts SE @AlexandervonWernherr While it doesn't have Santa, it does feature an astoundingly well modeled rules set for space travel under Real Physics as a board game. But your comments made me insert Santa's sleigh into this model and wonder what stats it would have.
May 11, 2017 at 18:10 comment added Alexander von Wernherr @Draco18s Sorry, no.

Dec 23, 2016 at 7:44 comment added Masked Man Couldn't he just outsource his work to local contractors in various countries, instead of personally visiting every house in the world?
Dec 22, 2016 at 17:38 comment added called2voyage Santa confirmed this in his 1998 interview with NASA: "The Moon won't be too much of a challenge," Santa told us. "I figure the lunar colonies will keep Earth time, so I'll just add them to my route. The reindeer will gripe about having to put on spacesuits, but we'll get used to it."

Dec 22, 2016 at 17:29 comment added Xandar The Zenon So, for the record, even though global warming changes are within the natural amount, It's Santa's fault?
Dec 22, 2016 at 17:24 comment added Random832 Note that his Traveling Salesman problem is constrained by the fact that he has to visit each house at night in its local timezone. Even if he doesn't have to precisely hit the midnight hour, he can't for example double back to Europe or Africa (where it is already morning) after finishing up the Americas.
Dec 22, 2016 at 16:29 comment added kingledion @MarshallTigerus I do mention that it causes fusion in the air in front of Santa/reindeer.
Dec 22, 2016 at 16:29 comment added Marshall Tigerus wouldn't that speed cause air resistance to light santa on fire, and/or cause significant damage to the world itself?

Dec 22, 2016 at 14:25 comment added kingledion @AlexandervonWernherr Sounds like a great follow-up question: For what planets does Santa Clause have sufficient $\Delta$v to perform a Hohmann transfer? I think 11 km/s is enough juice to escape the solar system if he uses a gravitational assist from Jupiter like Voyager did.
Dec 22, 2016 at 14:21 comment added Alexander von Wernherr A Hohmann Transfering Santa Clause. A great name for a space christmans novel
Dec 22, 2016 at 14:18 comment added Nahshon paz Oh! I totally should have asked about Mars. I guess I'll ask that when I'm a grandfather
