Uplifting would require great skill, creativity and ingenuity unless Predator-type aliens looted the tech to that from other aliens, then the uplifting aliens will already possess those characteristics. The basic idea of making friends and winning allies in the Great Galactic War has a realpolitik validity to it. | |
