I'd even take that one step further by hiding proof that the entire time, you've been working solely to prepare the world for the invasion, that is revealed shortly before the actual invasion. Then, you go from supervillain fighting the world, to one of the worlds most powerful allies against an even bigger threat | |

Religion does have extra risks, for changing over time, taking on its own life - but I'm hoping against the super-villain ones, myself, the collateral damage will be too high for my tastes. Its one of the reasons I am emphasizing that he can decide against them, just - I think he has to think of them first even if he doesn't pick them. Although, it can be quite a story-idea for someone to stumble across the old planning-work for discarded ideas (including these), after his actual plan is underway... mwahaha | |

Really hope he doesn't choose the religion option though because he does posess abilities above other people and that could lead to some long lasting problems, especially if he dies a martyr. | |
