I believe it may help you receive better answers if you focus your questions and break down multi-part questions. For example, one question you could ask is 'Is it possible to balance the gravity to 1G for a planet 10x the size of Earth if it were hollow?

(And it does not depend on the radius of the planet, only on how fast it spins.)
