The C4 shall be packed into a cylindrical cardboard tube of appropriate dimensions for a length to diameter ratio of one. The test charge shall meet the following criteria: 1. Weight of 1.25 lbs ± 0.002 lbs (567 g ± 1 g) of C4 plastic explosive. 2. The detonator positioned in the charge center."
