Which will appear only in highly social species (you need the division of labor). As the level of intelligence grows, the duration of the childhood is bound to increase (the longer the kids learn, the more experience can be passed between generations, the better for the species). I suspect that those birds will get to show the same sexual/breeding pattern as humans do, just give it 1000+ generations
