Part of one huge superpositioned entity that is all defined by a single probabilistic matrix. That is the goal of suerposition quantum entangled computers - the entire computer 'core' defined by a single probabilistic matrix equation which defines the question, the entire 'question' processed simultaneously, not sequentially.
Sep 24, 2021 at 16:08 | comment | added | Justin Thyme the Second | They have entangled two large sections of particles in diamond crystals with each other, big enough to be seen by the eye, at STP. One entire 'batch' of particles in the crystal have been entangled with a second entire batch of particles in the crystal. Entanglement is not restricted to individual particles. The key, apparently, is the 'locking in' of atoms in a diamond in a very rigid lattice, effectively isolating them from outside influences. There is an enormous paucity of really good, accurate research results on quantum entanglement in the West. Google highly censors it.
Sep 24, 2021 at 14:08 | comment | added | Nosajimiki | @JustinThymetheSecond My understanding of quantum entanglement is that it only affects particles in pairs; so, while two particles on opposite sides of the universe may be entangled, the likelihood of seeing enough entangled particle in a given area of space to get a good visualization of what is there goes down with distance. There is also the question of processing power. Our eyes/ears actually perceive a lot more than we can consciously process; so, even if your alien COULD see everything, his consciousness would still require him to filter it down to manageable levels.

Before that, it is just a probability function. It surfs the quantum probability wave all the way to the target. So your aliens would be able to 'observe' without causing 'decoherence'.
Sep 24, 2021 at 2:43 | comment | added | Justin Thyme the Second | "so, just like you can not see the other side of the galaxy with your naked eye, your aliens could not see every single possible quantum outcome to an event, just those that are "close by"." The beauty of 'entanglement' is that it DOES open the possibility of perceiving the entire universe in an instant, all things simultaneously. and instantaneously, if everything is entangled in this quantum world. Everything is defined by one equation, and knowing the equation instantly defines everything. . Time would have no meaning as we know it.

Sep 24, 2021 at 2:34 | comment | added | Justin Thyme the Second | If we are at the stage where we can interact with a quantum crystal acting in a unified quantum state, how far away are we from quantum connectors joining two superposition quantum crystals? The thing about quantum crystals is that in the quantum world they do not interact with each other, only act within themselves, so how DO they interact with each other? How do they react with dark matter? Perhaps they combine through some mega-superposition process?
Sep 24, 2021 at 2:29 | comment | added | Justin Thyme the Second | The problem, and the advantage, with string theory to science fiction is that it can never be proven wrong. It is, indeed, beyond the realm of speculation and verges on fantasy. Almost anything can be 'assumed' in it. I don't need it for superposition, entanglement, decoherence, or the wave probability function of quantum mechanics. The double slit experiment is reality, and we can see it in our 'dimensions'. "NIST’s Quantum Crystal Could Be a New Dark Matter Sensor" is in our existence. nist.gov/news-events/news/2021/08/…
