In other words, we're confused by what it is you actually want to ask about, since you pretty much answered your own question. If you wish to disambiguate, then I'd say just give us some information as to what these people look like (head structure, body form, etc.) and offer some criteria for answering the question, like "I don't want the sac sticking off the top of their heads" or "they should look fairly human" or "they can look like a slimy octopus head!" | |

As it stands, you ask and answer your own question, which doesn't really make a lot of sense to us out here!
