The OP states "Their bodies and internal organs are protected from their flames, guaranteeing that they are not harmed by their own abilities." To me, this means that the dragons must have fire/heat within their body, and their body must be resistant to that. i.e. their lungs must be fireproof, their stomach must be fireproof, their heart must be fireproof. Ceramic scales on the outside of their hide could protect them from the flames of other dragons; they will not protect their internal organs from their own internal heat/flame. | |
