The idea is the sats are there for the colonists, and there are no people living in the desert, but everyone is supposed to have access. The government really serves everyone on this colony, and the population is not large - small in fact. I don't have a reason to jam the signals in the desert. There are no countries here, it's all one group. How hard is it to jam a signal though - could someone do it maliciously? | |
