If you really wanted you could build a whole non-rotating station around your rotating station without much in the way of issues, especially if you have gyroscopes/flywheels/rotation correction thrusters/multiple rotating rings. Basically this lets the ‘hub’ be more than the central spoke of the wheel. | |
