(After all, these Lovecraftian thingies are always taking liberties with Euclidean geometry, so finding a 100-yard network route between New York and Bangalore shouldn't be beyond it.) That would just make it work even better, since it's not just a case of using the same name, the genius systems engineer they're praising really is Hastur! Of course, if it decides to abandon its plan and make a fortune in IT, that would be embarrassing. | |
