All this really requires is electricity and some kind of conductor. Telekinesis is a little less plausible. Bending spoons etc. obviously requires significant amounts of energy, and it's hard to imagine how this energy can be produced and transmitted. | |

Also, you might be able to consider gravity or magnetism as a form of telekinesis if you could somehow control it with your body? - It wouldn't be caused just by the mind though. | |
